Here’s the breakdown of each option:
With the Full Purchase option, you get a lump sum for all of the remaining monthly payments that are set to come due on the loan. This gives you the largest amount of cash in the most timely manner. There’s no longer any worry about collecting monthly payments from your buyer and you’re no longer at risk of foreclosure or default on the loan,
With the Partial Purchase option, you get a lump sum for a portion of the monthly payments set to come due. You continue collecting the monthly payments in the future, but you get a sum of money in your pocket to help you with your financial needs.
With the Partial Balloon Purchase option, you get cash in your pocket from your balloon notes. You’ll receive a lump sum of cash for all the monthly payments set to come due on the loan, as well as a partial balloon payment. The other portion of the balloon payment comes to you from the payer.
